Our store accepts orders and ships worldwide with some limitations. There may be some restrictions of our services which apply to some countries, regions, or remote locations. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the delivery address is on our list of restricted locations or if the delivery service from our partners is not available for this location. Some locations may be temporarily excluded due to natural disasters, man-made hazards, conflicts, sanctions, customs regulations, etc.
Access to our website may be restricted. The website availability may be limited to some locations.
Our liability
We will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by a hacking attack, viruses, trojans and other dangerous code or materials that may infect your device or cause harm or annoyance due to use of our website or linked websites.
In case we do not deliver the Products or the Products are not as described, or the Product doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, or the Product is faulty or damaged by us on the delivery date, or we delivered incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be, at our discretion to:
– deliver the correct Product,
– repair, replace, exchange the faulty or damaged Product,
– send the correct quantity of Product,
– refund the price paid by Customer.
We shall have no liability for any losses or damages including but not limited to loss of profits, revenues, commissions, interests, contracts, investments, contracts, savings (including anticipated savings), reputation, material goods, data or intellectual property.
Our total liability arising in connection to this Contract shall be limited to the amount paid by Customer for our Products/services.
We shall have no liability for any losses or damages caused by the third party in connection with our Store operations.
We shall have no liability for any losses or damages arising from using the Products data, description, photos, slogans, etc. for marketing purposes of the Products and our store. The above-mentioned materials are sourced from our suppliers via a dedicated software solution and are used in goodwill, for permitted use to sell their products. All materials have been published on the Internet by our suppliers. We use copyright free graphic and photos, our own pictures and artworks, and also we buy licensed images from stock photo companies. Contact us please, if you believe that you may have the right to any photos or elements we use, and we will remove it from our website. Any alleged copyright infringements are not intentional and may be caused by misleading or wrongdoing of third parties.
We shall have no liability for any losses or damages caused by Customer’s misuse (or use against manuals, instruction or information showed on our website) of our Product, services or website.
We shall have no liability for any unpaid charges, duties, and taxes levied by the country of destination and claimed from the buyer. It is the buyer responsibility to pay import duties and taxes levied by the country of destination.
We shall have no liability for any losses or damages arising on the information provided on our Website. The content on our website is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Force Majeure
We shall have no liability for any losses or damages or breach of the Contract, failures, delays, caused by events beyond our control for the whole time affected by such events and recovery period. The list of events recognised as the Force Majeure includes but is not limited to natural disasters (severe weather conditions, storm, flooding, fire, tornados, earthquake, volcano eruptions etc), man-made hazards and dangers and threats (eg criminal and terrorist acts, armed conflicts, riots, fire,
explosion, contamination, transportation accidents and limitations), and other events (eg strikes, law and regulation implementation or changes, sanctions, infrastructure malfunction (eg telecommunication, the Internet, power supply).
Customer rights
This Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy do not limit or exclude statutory rights of Customer.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless our store and company and our parent company and subsidiaries, its directors, officers and employees, partners and suppliers, affiliates, subcontractors, from any and all third party losses, damages, liability, settlements sums paid by us, claims, costs caused by, without limitation, your wrongdoing, breach of our Terms of Services, Privacy Policy, your action against information shown on our website, your infringement of copyright or any intellectual property or any right of any third person, body or legal entity, or your breach or negligence of your obligations or any defamatory actions.
The contract
You agree to buy goods and/or services from us in compliance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy applies to all relations between you and Us (our COMPANY) including purchase transactions.
The general rules are described in the Terms of Service (Terms And Conditions Page). Additional, more detailed information regarding our products are included on every product page in our shop section, and Customer Service Page, Product Care and Safety Page, Special Offers, Sale and Promotion Pages. This information may determine product details which apply to, and are an integral part of a purchase contract. It may be (but is not limited to): product (or service) name, SKU number, serial number, size, color, type, description, delivery type and time, manuals, care instructions, usage guidance and limitations. Please make sure that you have read and understood all provided information.
To buy the product, you are required to choose all options of the product on its page; the most common are size and color. You may also select the quantity you wish to buy. After choosing the options, you may click the button “Add to Cart”. You may add more products to your Cart or delete them from your Cart. To purchase selected products you need to proceed to Checkout. You have to pay when placing the order. Afer completing the Checkout, we will send you the email “Thank you for your order” confirming that we’ve received your order. It is the security measure which gives us the chance to inform you that your account was used to place the order. At this stage, you may correct your order by contacting us, but not later than we start proceeding it. To avoid any doubt this email is not the confirmation of our acceptance of your order. We will confirm that your order is accepted by sending the email “Order Accepted”, and the moment we send this email is the moment when the contract between us is formed, and only then. The contract includes only products being confirmed by “Order Accepted” email.
To start processing your order full payment must be received by us. Full payment includes total sum expected to be paid in accordance with Terms of Service including, but not limited to shipment cost and special services (e.g., personalization, print on demand, etc.).
In case of obvious pricing error that could have been noticed by the Customer, we are not obliged to deliver the product at the wrong price.
Any risk of loss/damage of goods is transferred to you on the date of delivery when goods are delivered to you or left with the person or location nominated by you.
The contract is concluded as you receive goods at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage after the contract has been concluded.
We reserve the right to refuse/ decline/ terminate or temporarily suspend your account or your access to our website and services at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse the order placed by any Customer.
You are entitled to cancel the Contract at any moment within 14 days starting on the day you received the Product. If Product is unused and complete, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the item – Return Policy applies. Follow the Return Policy to return the Product. Do not send the Product back to the address from which the Product was sent to you. Use only correct Address for Returns. You are entitled to receive the refund in accordance with our Return Policy. Products excluded from refund include (but are not limited to): personalized and custom-made items, perishable items, eg frozen food or flowers, newspapers and magazines, unwrapped CDs, DVDs and computer software, items sold as faulty when Customer know it, items damaged by trying to repair it by Customer or someone else. We offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. If you start the return procedure for a faulty item after six months from delivery date, we may ask you to prove that the item was faulty on the date of delivery. We accept returns only from the person who bought the item.
A person who is not a party to this Contract has no right to enforce any of the terms of this Contract.
The contract between the Customer and us is binding on the Customer and us and our successors and /or assigns. You may not assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the Contract, any of your rights, duties, and obligations without our written consent. We may assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Contract, or any of its part, or any of our rights, obligations or duties at any time.
Severability
In case of any of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, regulations or Contract’s provision are recognised by any authority in legal power to do so, as unlawful or invalid or forbidden to any extent, such provision or term or regulation will be excluded (severed), to that extent from remaining regulations, terms, provisions, policies which still remain valid.
Payment
The payment in full has to be completed when placing the order. To pay follow the Checkout Page. Payment methods are described in the Customer Service section. We accept PayPal payments and popular debit/credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and more. Please ensure that the expiry date of your card is after the anticipated delivery date of your order plus six months. In case of a return, we need your card to be valid to refund the money onto the original payment method. If your card has expired, we will be unable to refund your payment.
Prices and taxes
To purchase the Product, we require you to pay in advance the price for the Product which is shown on the Product page, shipment charge and price for additional services if applicable (e.g., personalization, print on demand, etc.). The price shown on the Product page includes VAT (tax) for customers from EU and does not include shipping charges. Estimated shipping charges are presented on Product Page or Checkout page. On the Checkout page, you will see Total Payment amount for the Product and the estimated shipping charge. If there is a difference between the estimated shipping charge and the actual shipping charge calculated based on your address, you will be informed by email before we accept your order.
We reserve the right to change the prices without notice. The change does not apply to accepted orders.
Customs and Import Duties
We ship worldwide, and the Product may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes in your country of delivery destination. The taxes may be levied when the Product enters your country. Based on your country customs regulations and tariffs, you will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Prices shown on our website do not include any import charges, duties or taxes. We cannot provide any estimation for import duties for your country; please contact your local customs for more info.
Promotion and discount coupons
Discount or promotion coupons entitle you to specific benefits offered by our store. To use the coupon, please follow the promotion instruction or advertisement information and enter the coupon code on the Check Out page. Coupon code can be used once per Customer. Coupons are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other financial or material benefit than intended. Coupon codes do not apply to shipping charges, sale, or discounted items. You are not allowed to use the coupon in relation to any other promotion. Coupon may not be used in conjunction with any other Coupon or Promotion. Sometimes we issue the Coupon for a specific product only. Coupons may be time-limited, and after expiry date it is no longer valid.

We may contact you by email, phone, text message, or by traditional letter (sent to your postal address you provide when ordering or registering on our website) to provide you important information such as (but not limited to) purchase confirmation, shipment status, promotional information including discounts and sale offers. During the registration process, you may accept or decline the marketing communication. We still may contact you when necessary to proceed your orders and purchases. For the contractual purposes, you agree that electronic communication by e-mail, and by posting the information, regulations, notices, manuals, contracts, and other messages on our website is considered to be in writing.
For all communication to us, you must use the contact form on our website if not advised otherwise. We will contact you mainly by email and through our website. Any information will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after the email is sent to correct email address, or message is left on our website, or seven days after the date of posting of correctly addressed letter or parcel, posted in the post office.
Jurisdiction and governing law.
These Terms of Service and all provisions, regulations, conditions, and policies are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and irrespective of your place of residence, in the event of any dispute associated with these Terms of Service, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Changes
We reserve the right to revise, update and change any content of our Website including Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Contract provisions, rules, conditions, and regulations. We will notify you about changes by placing the announcement on our website or contacting by email. The changes do not affect orders placed before change unless the law is forcing us to do so. The change will apply to any new order placed after the change took place. By using our website or taking any affirmative action after the date on which the change comes into effect, we assume that you have accepted the change unless you inform us otherwise. In some cases, we may ask you for consent. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms of Service you should not continue to use the Website.
